These terms apply to the Wrenchpost website, its free tools, and any paid product we offer in future (together, the "Service"). The Service is run by Wrenchpost Ltd (to be incorporated), a company registered in [England and Wales] with company number [number] and registered office at [address]. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Wrenchpost Ltd (to be incorporated), and "you" means the person or business using the Service.

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

1. No professional advice

The Service, including the calculators, guides and reports, gives general information only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, insurance or any other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to set any price or sell any plan. Rules and circumstances differ. Get advice from a qualified professional before you rely on anything from the Service.

2. Estimates only

• Every result is an estimate worked out only from the numbers you enter, using the simple method shown on the tool.
• Results are not forecasts or guarantees. Real sign-up rates, cancellations, costs and revenue will differ.
• Example figures on the site are made up to show how a tool works. They are not benchmarks.
• You are responsible for checking results and for any decision you make using them.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you enter into, upload to or connect with the Service, and for making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
• If you use a future paid product with your customers' details, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use those details and for meeting the privacy and consumer rules that apply to your business and your customers.
• You are responsible for the plans, prices and agreements you offer your own customers.
• Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no unlawful use.

4. Free tools

Free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change or remove them at any time. We don't promise they will be error-free or always available.

5. Paid products

Paid products shown on the site, including Tierstead, are in development. Nothing is for sale yet, planned prices may change, and joining early access doesn't create any obligation to buy. Paid products will have their own subscription terms at launch, which will add to these terms. We do not offer financing, and we do not charge interest or late fees.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party services, or read files you export from them (for example a Jobber visits export). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
• Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
• Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. 8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll show the date of the latest version on this page and, for material changes affecting paid customers, tell you in advance by email.

9. Law and disputes
