Is Tierstead available now?+
No. It's in development and there's nothing to buy yet. Joining the early-access list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Who is it for?+
Service businesses that sell repeat work or maintenance plans, like HVAC, pest control, lawn care, pool service, cleaning and irrigation.
What will it cost?+
Planned pricing is Starter $29/mo (up to 50 members), Pro $59/mo (up to 250 members, adds price rises) and Scale $99/mo (unlimited, multiple plans and reports), all in USD, with 2 months free on annual billing. That's a plan, not an offer, and it may change. You'd see the final price before paying anything.
Will it take my members' payments?+
No. Members keep paying you the way they do now. Tierstead is planned to never store or process your customers' card details, and there's no financing, interest or late fees.
Which software will it work with?+
We'll confirm that before early access opens. Tell us what you use in the sign-up form so we can prioritise.
What data will it need?+
Only what's needed to run plans: customer names, plan details and visit dates. We'll publish exactly what's accessed and stored before anyone connects an account.
