Nothing else about your service changes.

If you have any questions, or want to talk about your options, reply to this letter or call us. You're free to cancel before the new price starts.

Plumbing tips

  • →Annual plans are easiest to reprice at renewal; say the new price in the reminder.
  • →If you include a water heater flush, check the time it really takes before you set the new price.

Plumbing price increase questions

How much notice should a plumbing business give?+

At least one full billing cycle, and more for annual plans. Check your agreements: they may set a minimum notice period.

Should I explain why prices are going up?+

A short, honest reason helps. Only mention costs that have really gone up for you. If you quote inflation, use an official figure like the BLS CPI and say where it's from.

How many clients will I lose?+

Nobody can tell you in advance and we don't publish a typical rate. Use the calculator to see how many you could lose and still keep the same revenue or margin.
