Who in your Jobber account should be on a plan?
Clients who book you two or more times in two years, saw you recently and aren't on a recurring job already are the easiest people to offer a maintenance plan. Drop in a Jobber visits export and we'll count them. The file stays in your browser.

Common questions
Is my client list uploaded?+
No. The CSV is read by your browser and processed on your device. If you unlock the full list we receive your email and the counts (clients and candidates), not names or details.
Which Jobber export should I use?+
The Visits report (Reports โ Visits โ Export to CSV) works best because it has one row per visit with the date and client. A client export without visit dates can't show repeat visits.
Is this made by or approved by Jobber?+
No. It's an independent tool that reads a CSV you export. Jobber is a trademark of its owner. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Jobber.
Why are some clients counted twice?+
Clients are matched by name, so 'Jane Smith' and 'Jane Smith' count separately. Clean up names in Jobber for best results.
