Clauses specific to plumbing

Water heater and fixtures

The inspection covers the water heater and fixtures listed on the first page. Repairs or replacement parts found during the inspection are quoted separately before any work starts.

Access and shut-offs

You agree to give access to the water heater, main shut-off and fixtures being inspected. We may reschedule if they can't be reached safely.

• Repairs, parts and materials are not included unless listed above. We'll always quote first and only go ahead with your OK.
