What could a maintenance plan bring in?
Multiply the customers likely to join by what each pays per year. That's your recurring plan revenue. Take off the cost of the visits you promise and you have the margin. Put in your own numbers below: everything is an estimate based on what you enter.

Common questions
How is the yearly revenue worked out?+
Customers × the share you expect to join = members. Members × what each pays per year = projected recurring revenue per year. If you enter a monthly price we multiply it by 12. It assumes everyone who joins stays for the full year, so treat it as a ceiling for that sign-up rate, not a forecast.
What's the break-even plan price?+
The yearly price at which a member just covers the visits you promise them: visits per year × cost per visit. Price below that and every member costs you money before you count any extra work they book.
What should I put as cost per visit?+
Your real cost to do one plan visit: labour (including the tech's paid time to drive there), any parts or materials included in the plan, and vehicle cost. If you want to cover admin or software too, add a share of it per visit.
Where do the good / better / best tiers come from?+
They start from your own plan: 'Better' is exactly what you entered, 'Good' starts at 70% of your price with one fewer visit, and 'Best' starts at 140% with one more visit. Those are just starting points so you can compare. Change any tier's price or visits in the full report.
Why don't you show industry averages for sign-up rates or plan prices?+
We haven't found published figures we trust enough to put next to your numbers. Rather than make one up, we leave it out. Use your own history: how many customers rebook each year is a good starting point for the sign-up rate.
Is my data stored?+
No. The calculator runs in your browser and your numbers aren't sent to us. If you unlock the full breakdown we store your email, the tool you used and simple counts (customer count and members). That's it.
Is this financial advice?+
No. It's a calculator. The results are estimates based only on the numbers you enter, and real results will differ. Check your pricing with your own accountant or adviser before you commit to it.
Estimates only
All results are estimates based only on the inputs you enter. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or professional advice. Real sign-up rates, cancellations, visit costs and extra work vary. Check your plan pricing with your own accountant or adviser before you sell it.
