Where is your membership plan heading?

Each month you add new members and lose a share of the ones you have. Your plan stops growing when the two match: new members a month ÷ monthly cancel rate. Enter your own numbers to see members and monthly recurring revenue month by month.

Common questions

What's MRR?+

Monthly recurring revenue: what your plan members pay you per month, added up. For yearly plans we divide the yearly price by 12 so months compare fairly, even though the cash arrives once a year.

Where does the level-off number come from?+

If you add N members a month and a share c of members cancel each month, membership stops growing at N ÷ c. With 6 new a month and 2% cancelling, that's 300 members. It's simple maths on your inputs, not a prediction.

What cancellation rate should I use?+

Your own. Count members who cancelled or didn't renew over the last year, divide by your average member count, then by 12. We don't show an industry average because we haven't found one we trust.

Is anything stored?+

No. The forecast runs in your browser. If you unlock the full table we store your email, the tool and simple counts (members now, forecast length, currency).

Estimates only

Results are estimates based only on the inputs you enter, assuming they stay the same every month. Real sign-ups and cancellations vary. Not a forecast you can rely on and not financial advice.
