Changelog

What we've shipped

Every release, newest first, with the date and UK time. We only list things that are live. Plans for Tierstead are on the Tierstead page.

  1. Clearer homepage and pricing

    • Plainer wording on the homepage and pricing page, starting with "Past jobs never change price."
    • On phones, a short demo price-rise table now shows on the first screen.
    • The pricing card now matches the rest of the site.
    • The sign-in page now says what Tierstead does.
    • This changelog.

  2. More of the Tierstead app preview

    • Retention screen: recurring revenue, churn, renewals due, an at-risk list with a plain reason for each name, and who stayed in the 60 days after a price rise.
    • Member tags: preview how members would be marked on the client in your job software.
    • Import members and plans from a spreadsheet, with every row checked first and problem rows listed.
    • Price-rise letters for each trade, a short text version, and honest answers for when a customer pushes back.

  3. Free price-rise audit, comparisons and a pricing page

    • New free tool: the price-rise audit. Paste your recurring prices to see which are behind and what a rise could add. It runs in your browser and stores nothing.
    • Bulk price edit in the app preview: change many prices at once, preview first, undo in one click.
    • Comparison pages for Abacus, Service Plan Pro and Deepsel, using facts from their own websites, with sources and dates.
    • A pricing page, a Log in link, and a new homepage.

  4. Sign-in for early-access accounts

    • Sign in with a one-time link sent by email. No passwords, and the email has no tracking.
  5. Quality pass

    • Security headers, share images for each tool, a proper "page not found" page, and better text contrast.
  6. Notice tools easier to use

    • Pick your country first, then your state or province. Questions and answers for each country, and clearer "not legal advice" wording.

  7. Notice rules and three new free tools

    • The notice checker covers 15 US states plus DC, Quebec and British Columbia, each with its source.
    • New free tools: break-even labor rate, customer lifetime value, and a US inflation (CPI) price-rise calculator.
    • A draft data processing agreement (DPA) page.

  8. Wrenchpost goes live

    • First version of wrenchpost.com: seven free tools for home-service businesses, plan guides for each trade, and a clickable preview of the Tierstead app with made-up data.
