Pricing questions

Can I buy Tierstead today?+

Not yet. Tierstead is still being built, so nothing is on sale. These are the prices we plan to charge. They may change before launch, and you'd see the final price before paying anything.

What does early access include?+

A free place on the list, with no card. We'll invite people in small groups as each part of the app is ready, ask what your plans need, and tell you the final price before you pay anything. There's no deadline and no special offer to chase.

Is there a free trial?+

We plan a 14-day free trial at launch. The free tools on this site, including the price-rise audit, work now with no account.

Are there per-raise or per-payment fees?+

No. The plan price is the whole price. There's no fee per price rise and no card fee, because Tierstead is built never to handle your customers' payments. No late fees and no interest either.

Which currency?+

US dollars only. Outside the US, your card provider converts the price at its own rate.

Can I cancel?+

Yes, any time, with no notice period. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
